✨Are all of you products natural? 
Yes, all items are natural.

✨Do you make the items when ordered? 
Yes, as soon as the order comes in they are made to order.

✨How Long before items ship? 
There is a 1-2 day handling time before item ships out as I am preparing the items and getting them ready to ship out.

✨How many cups of tea can I make with my tea bags? 
Each tea bag can make 2 strong 8 oz cups of tea.

✨How long should tea be steeped? 
Tea bags can be steeped about 8-10 minutes. Loose Leaf (depending on strainer ) about 5-8 minutes.

As an African American woman, I believe in the strength and wisdom that comes from our roots—both ancestral and natural. I grew up surrounded by the healing knowledge of my elders and the calming embrace of herbal remedies.
